Refund policy

At Physique, we take pride in creating personalized, made-to-order pieces just for you. Because of the custom nature of most of our products, our return and refund policy is limited. However, we’re always here to help if something isn’t right.


Custom Items

All custom and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once the order has been placed. This includes made-to-order items, products with embroidered names, dates, initials, or other personalized details.

The only exception is if there was a mistake in production on our end (e.g. incorrect embroidery, wrong item shipped, defect in materials). In those cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (as posted by the carrier to your tracking information), and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly and fairly. Please note we are not able to make exceptions outside of our 7-day dispute window due to the nature of custom items.


Non-Custom Items

For non-personalized products, we may accept returns or exchanges on a case-by-case basis. This does not include made-to-order items. To be eligible for return:

  • Item must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging)
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • You’ll need proof of purchase or order number

If your return is approved, we’ll issue a return shipping label and provide instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at customerservice@wearphysique.com within 5 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos and your order number so we can help make it right.


Refunds

If a return is approved and received, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us.


Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations on custom or personalized orders once they’ve been placed, as production begins quickly. For non-custom items, reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate if the order hasn’t yet shipped.
