We take pride in creating high-quality custom products, and we appreciate your patience as each item is made with care and attention to detail. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Processing Time

Most of our products are made-to-order and involve custom embroidery. Our standard processing time is:

  • 1 to 2 weeks from the date your order is placed.

This processing time allows us to complete the customization and quality-checking processes.

Note: During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing times may be extended slightly. We will communicate any delays clearly.


Order Confirmation & Shipping Estimate

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include:

  • A summary of your order.
  • AnΒ estimated ship date based on our current production schedule.

Please note that this is only an estimate. While we aim to ship all orders on or before the estimated date, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect the timeline. If there is any significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, as well as the weight, size, and total contents of your cart.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship domestically [and internationally, if applicable] via reliable carriers such as [USPS / UPS / FedEx]. Shipping options and rates are available at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after your order ships):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: Varies by destination (typically 7–21 business days)

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery is in the hands of the shipping provider.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.


Custom Orders & Cancellations

Because we specialize in custom and personalized products:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
  • If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact usΒ within 1 hourΒ of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once production starts.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at customerservice@wearphysique.com and we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.


International Orders (if applicable)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
