The Puzzle Piece Family Set is a fully custom, made-to-order matching sweatshirt collection built around one idea: every family is a puzzle, and every person in it is irreplaceable. Mom wears the heart with the puzzle-piece cutout. Dad and the kids each wear the missing piece, because without them, the picture isn't complete.

What makes this set different from anything else you'll find is the detail. Each design is embroidered at high density directly into the garment. Not printed, not ironed on, not peeling off after six washes. The puzzle piece and heart motifs are crafted to sit cleanly on the chest, with enough stitch weight to hold their shape and texture wash after wash. The heart design features a deliberate cutout in the shape of a puzzle piece, a visual that only makes sense once the whole family is wearing theirs.

Personalization for everyone.

Every adult sweatshirt includes a custom sleeve label, up to 16 characters, embroidered in your palette's coordinating thread color. "The Heart." "The Piece." A date. A word that only makes sense in your house. Every youth, toddler, and infant piece includes a personalized nickname embroidered directly above or arched around their puzzle piece on the chest. "The Night Owl." "The Princess." "The Cuddle Bug." "Little Bear." Whatever they've become in your family, it goes on the sweatshirt. Permanently.

Color palettes designed to work together, not just match.

Every palette in this collection is built on an inverse-match system. The adult garments and the kids' garments are intentionally different colors, with each palette's thread color swapped between them. For example, Heather Maroon adult sweatshirts come with Sport Grey thread. Sport Grey youth garments come with Heather Maroon thread. Multiple curated palettes are available, each selected for color harmony across all available garment sizes, from adult down to infant bodysuit.

Adult Crewneck & Hoodie / Youth Crewneck Crafted from a 50% US Cotton / 50% polyester Heavy Blend fleece, constructed with air-combed MVS yarn, a spinning process that dramatically reduces pilling and keeps the surface smooth over time. Midweight 2-end fleece construction gives the garment substantial body without being stiff. 1x1 rib cuffs and waistband with spandex for stretch and recovery that holds its shape. Classic fit with a seamless body for clean embroidery placement. 

Toddler Crewneck 60% combed ringspun cotton / 40% polyester fleece, a softer hand feel for younger skin. Coverstitched ribbed collar, shoulders, armholes, cuffs, and bottom band for reinforced seams that hold up to how toddlers actually live. Side seam construction for a cleaner silhouette and better embroidery surface.

Infant Bodysuit 55% Ringspun Cotton / 45% Polyester (Heather and Natural Heather colorways) with a 100% cotton face, soft against newborn skin and structured enough to embroider cleanly. YKK snap tape closure at the crotch and back neck for easy changes.

As the majority of our collection is made-to-order, please allow a processing window of 3 to 5 business days for our team to craft your piece prior to shipment. You will receive a tracking confirmation via email the moment your order departs our studio.
