We use our own in-house industrial machinery to make sure every stitch is perfect. We never dropship, and we never outsource. Every single item is handcrafted right here in our studio in Cincinnati, Ohio — which is exactly where all of our orders ship from.
We carefully select thread colors to look perfect with every piece we make. Simply choose the matching thread color name from the list, and we do the rest. You can find the exact colors used in our photos right in the item description.

Ordering & sizing

Contact us immediately and we'll do our best to help. If we haven't started your piece yet, we can usually fix the details for free. Because custom orders move quickly, we can't guarantee changes once stitching has started — but we'll always work with you toward a solution. Please double-check all text carefully before submitting, as we embroider exactly what you enter.
Most of our garments have a classic unisex fit. To find your perfect size, please check the size chart on the product page — it will give you the best idea of how each piece will feel. You can also measure a favorite item you already own and compare it to our guide.

Production & shipping timeline

Custom orders typically require 1–4 business days for crafting and final quality inspection before they're prepared for shipment. After that, standard shipping takes 2–5 business days, while express shipping takes 1–2 business days. We'll send your tracking link the moment your order ships. Need it by a specific date or even earlier? Choosing express shipping at checkout moves your order to the front of our production queue so we can get it out as quickly as possible.
Please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and a photo, if applicable. Every case is a little different, but we review each one individually and will work with you to find the best solution. We're committed to making sure you're taken care of.

Returns & satisfaction

We'll make it right, immediately. In the rare instance you receive something different from what you entered, or receive a defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo.

If the mistake was ours, we'll remake your item at no cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. That's part of our 100% production-error guarantee.
Because each item is made to order and personalized specifically for you, we're typically unable to accept returns or replacements for preference-based reasons — like deciding after delivery that you would have preferred a different color or style.

Even so, we want you to love your order. If something feels off, please reach out. Although custom items are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, we'll do our best to work with you within our policies.

And of course, if there's a production error, incorrect personalization, or a defect, we'll make it right for free.

Definitely. Personalized embroidered items make thoughtful, memorable gifts, and we make it easy to send them directly to someone special. Orders ship in clean, protective packaging, and we never include pricing or receipts inside gift shipments.
